Ingredients

    1 eggplant
    2 eggs
    2 cups cheese

Tips

Squeeze the water out before placing on sheet. Place mixture on cookie sheet in "chip" size balls then flatten.


Directions

shred eggplant, mix in eggs and cheese. Bake on 450 until solid enough to flip. Flip then bake a few more minutes till crunchy.
