Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of Ground Turkey (93% lean)
    1 jar of Ragu Chunky Pasta Sauce (or choose any brand)
    2 tsp garlic (finally chopped or pressed)
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    0.25 tsp salt
    12 oz Barilla plus thin spaghetti pasta (prepared as directed)
    1/2 tbsp olive oil + 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Tips

Add crushed red pepper and/or cheese to your liking.


Directions

Prepare pasta as directed. Drain water and add 1/2 tbspn of olive to pasta. Set aside.
Heat 1/2 tbspn of olive to skillet on med-hi. Add garlic and sautee for 2 min.
Add ground turkey and brown completely (about 8 mins). Drain and wipe skillet of oil if necessary.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings, stir.
Cover and lower heat to simmer for 10 mins.
Divide pasta into 6 one-cup servings. Spoon 1/6 of meat sauce over each serving.
