Tips

When preparing tofu, it's best to squeeze all the water out of the block/cubes by stacking using layers of paper towels beneath and on top of the already strained tofu. Put a book on top of the top layer of paper towels to squeeze excess water out of the tofu.

When frying tofu make sure the stove is not on high or the oil could pop out and burn you! Slide Cubes gently into pot for less popping.
