    I Package Rice Stick Noodles (President Choice Thai)
    1/2 Jar PC Pad Thai Sauce
    150 grams Tofu (firm)
    1/2 C Frozen corn
    1 carrot
    3 chives
    2 hot peppers
    1 egg
    1 lime


Prep the noodles as per instructions on package.
In a wok, heat the oil. Saute the chives and hot pepper for 1 min. Add the carrot (minced - julienne) and corn - 3 min. Add the egg and stir until cook. Add the sauce (half of jar) and the noodles (cooked). Stir and serve.
