Ingredients

    2 cups kale cooked
    2 cups spinach cooked
    1/2 onion cooked
    2 cups cauliflower cooked and mashed
    1 cup broccoli cooked and mashed
    1 egg beaten
    1 egg white beaten
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup paemesan cheese grated
    1/2 jalapeno chopped and cooked
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste



Directions

mix all ingredients well, spoon 6 mounds into heated oil in a large skillet. cook until brown , flip. brown on other side. let cool
