I have a tough time remembering to eat when I wake up, unless it's all in a shake, so I have been tinkering with this recipe for PB and Banana smoothies to try and get a fair amount of protein and a reduced amount of fat into my breakfast. This recipe can go lower fat by using lower fat/fat-free alternatives to milk, and powdered peanut-butter.
This recipe can go vegan by using milk substitutes.
