Introduction

I have a tough time remembering to eat when I wake up, unless it's all in a shake, so I have been tinkering with this recipe for PB and Banana smoothies to try and get a fair amount of protein and a reduced amount of fat into my breakfast. Ingredients

    One Banana (ripe for sweetness)
1/2 cup 2% Reduced Fat milk
1/2 cup So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk
    Two tablespoons Better'n Peanut-butter
    One scoop vanilla whey protein

Tips

for a colder smoothie, try freezing your bananas, or adding a little ice.
This recipe can go lower fat by using lower fat/fat-free alternatives to milk, and powdered peanut-butter.
This recipe can go vegan by using milk substitutes.
As milk already contains protein, protein powder may be omitted.
For a less-sweet shake, use unripe bananas.
