Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 jars salsa
    2 8 oz packages of Neufchatel cream cheese

Tips

Great for tacos, burritos, taco salads. Neufchatel cream cheese thickens the salsa and give the chicken a much richer,creamier flavor. We've used this at work for a taco salad bar - no dressing needed!


Directions

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover with salsa. Cook until done (high 4-5 hours). Take out chicken and shred. Place back into crockpot with Neufchatel cream cheese. Stir until cheese it melted and mixed together with salsa and chicken.

Serving Size: 1/2 chicken breast - makes 12 servings
