Ingredients

    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 4 cups
    Water, tap, 8 cup
    Turkey Smoked Sausage, 4 links
    Carrots, cooked, 12 carrot skinned and sliced
    Zuccini, 3 medium sliced
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Garlic, 2 tbls
    Stewed Tomatoes, 3- 12 oz cans
    *Potato, raw, 7 small peeled and sliced
    Lima Beans, 1 bag frozen 2.5 cups
    Green Beans frozen, 6 cup
    *Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 lbd
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 bag 3.5 cups
    Peas, canned, 2 can

Tips

Add and take away vegitables to your taste.


Directions

Add all of the ingredients minus the zuccini into a 15 quart pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for five hours. I wait until the last hour to add zuccini so it will still be crisp.
