Ingredients

10 c Dried Northern Bean ( or Navy Bean may be used)
3 Tbsp cilantro or ( knorr Cilantro cubes 7ea)
2 Tbsp cumin
2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
3 Tbsp granulated garlic
3 Tbsp chicken gravy or ( Chicken base 2 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp chili Powder
1 c Diced onion or ( green onion)
2 c green Chili peppers ( La Victoria ) or any brand
5 lbs Chicken Salad chips or ( any diced Chicken)
6 c Salsa (La Victoria) or any mild brand will do

any mild salsa will due, Chicken base can be substituted for chicken gravy.Knorr Cilantro cubes may be used and it takes 7
Directions
10 c of Northern Beans soaked overnight
Place in 5 gallon pot to boil. Add cilantro,cumin, smoked Paprika, granulated Garlic, Chicken gravy, green chili peppers, and onions. Let come to boil for 1.5 hrs then add 2 qts. diced tomatos and 6 c salsa and let simmer for 1 additional hour or until beans are fork mashable. then add 5 lbs chicken meat (diced){ I use Sysco's Chicken Salad chips} let simmer 1/2 hr more { CCP temp of chili holds at 165 F for 15 seconds. Then serve!
