Ingredients

    4 chicken thighs with skin
    2/3 cup Bisquick mix
    1 TBSP Coconut oil

Directions

Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Place 1 TBSP coconut oil in baking pan put in oven to melt. Lightly coat chicken thigh with Bisquick and place in baking dish. Place chicken in oven bake for 35 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and bake another 15 minutes.
