Ingredients

    20 Small Black Mission Figs (soaked 4 hrs)
    1 Cup Sesame Seeds
    2 Tblsp Honey
    1/2 Cup Raw Coconut, Shredded
    Sea Salt (Pinch)

Tips

Figs should be soaked for 4 hrs prior to making this recipe.


Directions

Drain the soaked figs, (retain the soaking water for a sweet beverage or to add to Smoothies as a natural sweetener) In a food processor process the figs, sesame seeds, honey and salt about 30 seconds, scrape down bowl and process for another 10 seconds to form a sticky dough. Pinch off 1inch chunks and roll into balls. Store in fridge or freezer.

Serving Size: Makes 25 to 30 1inch Balls
