Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef/large crumbles
    2 cups fresh corn cut off cob
    2 cups green beens snapped in 1 inch pieces
    5/6 carrots cut in medallions
    1 cup peas
    1 large onion
    2/3 stalks of celery sliced
    1/2 head cabbage rough chopped
    1 large can of tomato sauce

Tips

may use ground turkey instead of burger and canned or frozen vegetables work too. add your favorite other vegetable, such as snap peas or cauliflower


Directions

put first 7 ingredients in large stock pot, add enough water to cover all, bring to a gentle boil till vegetables are tender, about an hour, add cabbage and tomato sauce season with salt and pepper to taste. bring back to a boil simmer till cabbage is tender. enjoy
