Ingredients

*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 8 cups or two quarts. I used my own home canned.
*bean red kidney, 2 cups. I prepared these myself earlier, just cooked with water, then froze in 2 cup packages.
Williams mild chili beans, 455 gram or 2 cans
*95/5 ultra lean ground pork, 2 lbs
*green pepper fresh raw, 0.5 cup or one small chopped
*Large Onion Raw, diced fine
1/2 t Spice select Southwest Sizzle Seasoning or to taste
1/4 t cumin
2 t chili powder
1 t paprika
1/4 t oregano
1/2 t basil
1/4 t ground mustard seed
1 T parsley flakes
salt substitute
pepper
Tips
I bought the Southwest Sizzle seasoning at the Old Home bread store. It does not have any salt is is tasty on lots of things.
Directions
brown ground pork (or beef) with onion, green pepper, cumin, oregano, 1/4 t basil, mustard, parsely, salt and pepper.
In large crock pot, stir together tomatoes, beans, and rest of seasoning.
When meat is browned and cooked through, add to crock pot. Add additional salt or substitute and pepper, chili pepper to taste.
Serving Size: makes eight 1 1/2 cup servings
