Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c Peanut Butter
    1 c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1/2 c Ground Flax Seed
    1/4 c Honey
    1 t Vanilla Extract

Tips

You can change the peanut butter to almond butter, or add things to adapt to your tastes like chocolate chips or coconut flakes (adjust the calories though!)


Directions

Combine all ingredients well, then refrigerate for one hour, then form into balls and eat cold.
