    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Green Chili fresh, 1 medium
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    egg white, fresh, .5 large
    Salt, 2 dash
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
    Happy Cow Low Fat Cheese, 18.75 gram(s) (1 slice)

Directions

Cut the tomato, onion and green chili in a microwave bowl. Add Eggs, salt, pepper and seasoning. Put the cheese slice on top. Microwave for 4-5 minutes depending on the power of microwave.
