Ingredients

    1/2 onion
    1 stalk celery
    4 small carrots
    2 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    salt
    pepper
    thyme

Directions

cook in small amount of oil onions celery and carrots until tender.
Add mushrooms. cook until tender4.
Add beef broth, milk and thyme.

puree with immersion blender
