    Ingredients:

    1 TBSP*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched,
    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium Mushrooms, fresh,
    1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic
    3 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
    Red Wine Vinegar, .25 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium
    Collard Greens - 4 oz, 1 serving

Directions

Combine 2 tablespoons of paprika,saltgarlic powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregeno, and thyme to the flour, and beef cubes. Toss beef well with the mixture. Add olive oil to pan on medium high heat. add meat and turn to cook evenly for about 5 minutes. set meat aside on a plate. add onion, celery, salt, pepper, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender for about 3 minutes. add browned meat, garlic, bay leaf and red wine vinegar with 2.5 cups of water. Cover and Simmer for 20 minutes. Add collards to the pot and simmer for another 20 minutes.
