Introduction
This is one of my favorite, easy-peasy recipes! You can put it in a taco shell or wrap it in burrito or just eat it out of a bowl. You can add cheese and sour cream if you really want to go crazy! Ingredients

.75 cup brown rice
.75 cup lentils
one packet of taco seasoning
4 cups water
Tips
I hope you like it as much as we do!
Directions
Put all the ingredients in your heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. When it boils, lower to a simmer and cover tightly. Let it simmer for 45-50 minutes until the rice and lentils are soft and the liquid is absorbed.
