    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 6 cups cooked rice
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (2 lb) thawed and chopped
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped red onion
    *Cashew - raw (18 kernels), 1 oz
    *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    *tamari sauce, organic low sodium, 4 tbsp
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 6 tbsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) julienned
    White Wine, 1 fl oz
    garlic powder to taste
    red pepper flakes to taste
    ginger powder to taste

Tips

omit cashews and/or peanut butter to reduce fat


Directions

cook rice (45 minute cooking time)
chop broccoli, onions, cashews
julienne carrots
whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over, mix well
