Ingredients

    2C all purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    2 C chopped walnuts
    1 C coconut oil
    16oz canned pumpkin
    2 C sugar
    Frosting: 4oz cream cheese, 3/4 stick butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 C powdered sugar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
2. Put in a greased and floured 9X13 in baking pan.
3. Bake about 30-40 minutes @ 350. Let cool.
4. Frost with cream cheese frosting: cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and powdered sugar whipped together.
