Ingredients

1 cup hellman's lite or store brand lite real mayonnaise
    1/2 cup dill pickle juice
3 or 4 cloves of garlice (grated)
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper

Tips

This has a strong garlic flavor (you can reduce to two cloves). Can use as much or as little with salad. I tend to wash my vegetables first which also helps to water the salad dressing down so I use less. Goes really well with a garden/spinach salad. This will last about a week in the fridge.

Directions

Add mayonnaise to a small bowl and use the dill pickle juice to thin it down. Add garlic, salt and pepper and stir.
