Introduction

A wonderful Fall breakfast, ready and waiting. A wonderful Fall breakfast, ready and waiting.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c. steel cut oats
    1/3 c. craisins
    1 c. milk (I used skim)
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. Caramel Apple pie filling by Wilderness (or use any apple filling. Plain chopped apples would result in less calories and sugar.)
    1 T. Cinnamon

Tips

It's easier to incorporate the cinnamon by stirring into the pie filling.


Directions

Spray smaller size crockpot with nonstick spray and add all ingredients. Cook on low overnight.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1/2 c. servings, give or take
