Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup Milk
    1 Ripe Banana
    2 Good shakes of Cinnamon
    1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
    1 small shake of Ground Nutmeg
    1 small shake of Ground Cloves

Tips

I have found adding a little sugar and extra milk to taste may be required after cooking. The recipe I used also included the optional use of blueberries. Will be trying brown sugar instead of white in my next attempt.


Directions

Add milk, banana, oats, and cinnamon to a pot and cook on medium- high heat stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until thick. Turn heat to medium low and add pumpkin and spices. Stir well and allow to heat the pumpkin for 1-2 minutes. Serve
