Introduction

Ingredients

    1 bag of brussels sprouts
    1/2 bag of gourmet fingerling potatoes
    1 bag of mini carrots
    1 bag of broccoli florets
    1 head of garlic, cloves whole and peeled
    1 onion, in 8ths
    1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
    .25 c olive oil
    1Tbsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

put prepared veggies in baking dish
add olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper
mix
bake at 400 degree f for 45 minutes - mixing a few times
