Introduction

Ingredients

    8 c. water
    2 T vanilla extract
    2 c. steel cut oats
    2- 3 cups fresh cranberries, washed(chopped or leave whole)
    1/4 splenda if you want to sweeten.
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Tips

I place infreezer containers so I can grab one, pop it in the microwave for three minutes and I never skip breakfast.


Directions

Wash cranberres (chop if desired).Place water, splenda, vanilla, and cranberries in crockpot, and simmer on high for 2 hours. Add oats and simmer on low for 30 min. Turn off, allow to cool and place in freezer containers or serve to your family immediately.
