1 Cup of 2% Milk
4 cups of fresh cored corn
2 tbs I Can't Believe Its Not Butter
I tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cups of Water
Tips
Do not let the milk boil in the corn at the end of cooking
Directions
Pour corn with pulp into skillet
add 2 cups of water
add 1 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Let Corn corn on medium heat and slightly boiling for 45 minutes or until corn is tender
Turn heat down to low and add butter
Make sure heat is down to low or simmering
Add milk, stir and remove from heat
