This is the first meal I tried on this site and look foward to many more!! I added ground turkey (drained) and used reduced fat cream of chicken with no broth and It was still great, and also filling!!! Thanks - 11/21/08

Excellent recipe! It's so versatile--it can be the main dish or a side dish, vegetable heavy or with meat. And it's so simple! It's definitely excellent! - 5/30/08

I couldn't beleive how much this made!! I didn't think it made 16 (1/2 cup) servings but it does. And I know why they are half cup servings becasue it is SOOO filling! You only need a 1/2 cup! - 2/12/08

Made it tonight with bacon and onions. Instead of the cream of chicken, I made a cream sauce out of butter (gasp!), flour, and soy milk. I'll definitely make this again! - 1/16/13
