1 cup Homemade Low carb baking mix
3/4 cup Splenda
3/4 cup Erythritol (powdered)
2 Sticks of butter, unsalted
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
Tips
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable glycerin with the eggs to help retain moisture if you have it on hand.
Directions
Melt butter
Add chocolate and melt
Add sugars
Take off heat and slightly cool
Add eggs 1 at a time and whisk
Add flour
Bake 20-25 mins at 350 or until toothpick comes out almost dry. Brownies will continue to bake in dish outside of oven.
