Ingredients

8 oz Non Fat greek yogurt
12 oz Canned pumpkin
Approx. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Approx. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Approx. 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch ground cloves
Spices are all to taste.
Tips
Hollow out a Multigrain loaf or bread and toast then add the dip and warm slightly in the oven for an edible serving platform.
Directions
Combine Pumpkin and yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer (or just a plain bowl if you don't have a mixer). Whip till fluffy. Add spices and whip till combined. Adjust spices as needed. Serve chilled or slightly warmed.
