Introduction

I love smoothies but not their calorie content nor do I know what's really in them. Created this one just for me based on my favorite morning foods! I love smoothies but not their calorie content nor do I know what's really in them. Created this one just for me based on my favorite morning foods!

Ingredients

    6 Frozen Strawberries, unsweetened
    1 small banana, fresh
    1 container Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
    1/2 cup V8 V.Fusion Juice, Pomegranate Blueberry

Tips

If you prefer fresh strawberries, put in a few ice cubes to give it that "frozen" effect.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender, blend unitl smooth. Drink and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one 16oz smoothie (with a little left over)
