Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup stuffing
    3 cups shredded turkey
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup turkey gravy
    2 cups mashed potatoes
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

Tips

You can use any leftover poultry..chicken, etc and add in any leftover you have. Brussel sprouts, broccoli, yams, whatever!


Directions

take all your leftovers except the mashed potatoes and put in the crock pot. Add 1 cup of water, it helps everything meld together. Let simmer 2 hours or as long as you'd like. Take the thick stew type dinner and put into baking dishes..I use individual serving sized containers. Top with Mashed potatoes and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until top is bubbly and brown. Enjoy!
