    1 container egg subsitute- approx 1.5 c
    4 slices reduced fat turkey bacon, diced
    .5 c nonfat sour cream
    .5 c nonfat milk
    .5 c reduced fat cheese
    3 8" tortillas
    1 c chopped, par cooked asparagus
    .5 c chopped fresh mushrooms


Preheat oven to 350
Spray a pie plate with nonstick spray. Line the pie plate with the tortillas, overlapping to form a crust that is high enough on the sides to stick out over the top of the pie plate.
In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour into crust, put in oven and bake 50 minutes.
4 large servings, 8 smaller servings. (for 8 servings divide nutritional info in half).
Great to make ahead!
