    2lb butternut squash peeled and cubed
    1 796 ml can pear halfs in own juice drained and coursley chopped
    1 large onion coursly chopped
    796 ml ready to use chicken broth
    1tsp garlic powder, ginger and cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste


simmer intil onion and squash are tender then blend and serve. Top with parmesean cheese if you like.
