1 grapefruit
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup bolthouse juice c-boost
2 cups spinach**
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder
Tips
"You may find a whole grapefruit is too sour for your taste buds so add half first and do a taste test to see if it needs more. This smoothie tastes best cold so make sure the strawberries are frozen and the OJ is chilled."
**I personally love having spinach in my smoothie. I like to make them green. You of course can leave out the spinach to just make it a cool sweet and sour treat.
Directions
Add ingredients to blender. blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
