Introduction
This is something I put together to add to my protein and fresh litely cooked veggies. Recipe does not include the wrapper. Choose your own. I used Mission Whole Wheat and added Green Tabasco sauce !! Feel free to add your own spices/hotness/cheese !! but don't forget to add them to Nutrition log also. Ingredients

1 lb Turkey ground, 93/7 low fat
1 fresh green pepper sliced
1 med onion sliced
1/2 cup baby carrots sliced length-wise
1 cup mushrooms white sliced
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce Lea & Perrins
1/4 tsp sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Cook ground turkey in non-stick pan sprayed with PAM. Season with ground pepper. Remove turkey. Add 1 Tbsp Sesame oil to the pan, quick cook the peppers and carrots. Then add the onions and stir. Finally add the mushrooms. Season with the Worcestershire and more ground pepper.
Put approx 1/2 cup in each wrapper. (Add to Log any extras too) Fold over like a taco, put in microwave about 10 seconds.
Enough for about 8 individual wraps/servings.
