Ingredients

    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup oatmeal flour (ground in blender)
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    2 scoops (66g) vanilla whey protein powder (I used Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey)

    1 cup pumpkin
    3 egg whites
    .30 cups agave nectar

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients. Place in a greased pan.
Bake in preheated 350* oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Cut into desired square size.
