Introduction

Perfect for anyone who wants a quicko, nice and sweet smoothy, with a bit of a spicy undertone! Perfect for anyone who wants a quicko, nice and sweet smoothy, with a bit of a spicy undertone!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 small Banana, fresh (peeled)
    1 small apple, fresh (not peeled, core and seeds removed)
    1 small pear, fresh (same as the apple, remove the core but don't peel it)
    1 Slice of Ginger Root (not peeled)
    Juice of 1 orange
    5cm/2 inch Cucumber piece (not peeled)
    Bottled Water (as needed)

Tips

If you own a Vitamix or something equally powerful, you can skip core-ing some fruits :) The seeds contain a lot of vitamines!


Directions

First, wash very, very thoroughly all the fruits and vegetables.

Then, peel and core them (if indicated), and chop them.

Throw them all in the blender (I have to do this little by little because my blender is a bit old and won't work if I add everything at a time), add the orange juice to blend everything together, and, if
you'd like a more watery blend, add some water.

Now, serve cold or warm, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 3 small cups :)
