Ingredients

2 slices Cobblestone Mills Raisin Swirl
1 large Egg
2 tbs. Nonfat Milk
2 sprays Parkay Spray Margarine
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Directions
Beat the egg with nonfat milk and pour half into a saucer. Place one slice of Cinnamon Raisin Bread into the mixture, coating both sides well.
Spray a non-stick sauce pan with the Margarine and heat. Place the soaked bread into the hot pan and toast until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat the process with the second piece of bread. Sprinkle about one-half tsp each of cinnamon and powdered sugar over the toast while it is still hot. Enjoy with a cup of cold nonfat milk.
