Introduction

Came off the cut n clean package of pre-cut kale. I would try it next time cleaning and cutting my own kale because the packaged stuff is a little reedy. Ingredients

    10 oz cleaned kale, cut in small pieces
    2 cups diced tomatos
    2 cups avocados, chopped
    5 Tb olive oil
    3 Tb lemon juice (fresh is best)
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cayenne

Tips

the sodium is really 1022.4 mg because of the 2 tsp salt.


Directions

in mixing bowl, toss all ingredients, squeezing as you mix to 'wilt' kale and cream the avocado.

Serving Size: about 1.5 cups per serving
