Ingredients

    4 cups chopped kale (stems removed)
    6 small white potatoes diced
    2 carrots grated
    3 Plum tomatoes diced
    1 32 oz Organic Vegetalbe Broth
    4 cups homemade broth
    1 15 oz can white beans

Directions

Prepare all vegetables, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pot. Add all vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Serving Size: Divide into our bowls
