Ingredients

You can add or subtract ingredients as you desire. We enjoy it for a couple of days so I make a bigger batch.
Use the lean ground beef. Rinse it to get even more of the fat off the meat.
Caned bean work Pinto and Dark Kidney beans
Large can of tomato juice. Use as much or as little as you like depending on how soupy you like your chili
I put 2 packages of chili seasoning in the soup but again it it a matter of personal taste.
simmer on the stove top or put in crock pot and cook all day for a great easy dinner.

Directions
brown the hamburger, place in the crock pot or dutch oven depending on what you prefer.
Drain the kidney beans and pinto beans pour into pan
add chili seasoning
pour tomato juice over the meat and beans mix completely.
Let it simmer all day on low in the crock pot or simmer in the dutch oven
