Ingredients

    I lb ground turkey
    1/4 head of cauliflower chopped
    1/2 cup red onion
    2-3 garlic cloves
2 jalapenos chopped (seeds, membrane optional)
7 oz. (1/2 can) crushed tomatoes
    3 tsp ground cinammon
    3 tbsp chili powder
    3 tbsp cumin
    3 tbsp white pepper
    2 tbsp cayenne
    3 tbsp paprika
1.5 tbsp kosher salt (or to taste)
    2 cups water

Tips

We like smooth chili, so I let this cool down a bit and I put it in the blender until smooth.

We like our chili spicy and hot so I add a lot of my spices to taste. I find that turkey needs a little more than normal, plus the cauliflower blands the taste a bit.

Directions

Starting over medium-high heat, add turkey, onion, jalapenos. Cook until they start to soften and turkey starts to cook thru. Add spices, tomatoes and garlic. Add water and cauliflower and continue on medium boil until cauliflower is really soft.
