    bell pepper pieces
    grapes
    lettuce leave
    ten cherry tomatoes
    1 tblespoon thousand islands
    low calorie croutons
    3 turkey breast slices mmm

    cucumber 2 slices i think this calorie thing is of quiet a bit by calories maybe like 40 or so O.o

Tips

Dont be worried over calories i think this system is quiet off on the calories i only put one avocado slice and two cucumber slices and it went up up up

Just chop everything and toss it together :D
