    soak 5 kinds of beans and lentils in water overnight.

    Dice the 2 onions, the celery

    and the green peppers.

Tips

If you need more water add at the end. You can freeze and use this for weeks.


Directions

Saute the onions and add to pot with the beans and all other ingredients. Add the water and the beef broth and spices. Bring to boil then cook on low for app. 4 hours.
