Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Lime Juice, 1 Tablespoon
    Lime Juice, 1 Tablespoon
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1/4 tsp
    Honey, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    *Pepper, white, 1/4 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1/2 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 6 tblsp

Directions

combine first three ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Add to this the next four, start blender and stream in very slowly (otherwise it will seperate) oil until it becomes thick. Scrape this out into a bowl or your storage container and add your reduced fat sour cream. Use in your favorate pasta salads or sandwiches.
