Introduction

Like cornbread but pure buckwheat flour. Like cornbread but pure buckwheat flour.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3.5 cups Buckwheat Flour
    1 cup soy milk
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 Egg Whites
    1/4 cup honey
    2tsps.baking powder
    1 tsp.salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients as you would for muffins. Put in 8X8 pan and bake until knife comes out clean.
