    *brocoli, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Garlic, 3 cloves
    Beef, round steak, 2 lb
    Beef stock, home-prepared, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    suraj mixed split lentils, 0.5 cup


you can add any spices you want


Melt coconut oil in large pot.
Add all veggies and sautee 10-15 min add 2tbs H20 to avoid burning. Add beef mix together add liquid bring to boil add lentils cook 20 - 30 mins or until lentils are cooked add salt and pepper to taste
