Ingredients

    2.5 cans Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (I gave the other .5 to my dogs - it's a win, win for everyone :)

    2 T Pumpkin Pie spice

    8 Packets -Nutrasweet Equal (to taste)

    2 Cups -Great Value Light Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt

    2 Cups - Great Value Light Whipped Topping

    All ingredients are kind of guesstimated.. I pretty much eyeball what I put in. My goal is to get this recipe to be firm, but not completely frozen. Any suggestions are welcomed :)

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and put in freezer. I used aluminum mixing bowls and stirred up the mixture every 15 mins. Additionally, I separated the mix in to 5 - 1 Cup tubs for carry away convenience.
