    2 cans healthy requestchicken and white and wild rice soup
    1 packag Morning Star Meal starts
    1 Can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    4 tbs light soy sauce
    2 cups uncooked brown rice
    2 cans cold water

Directions

brown the meat
mix all the ingredients in a cassorle dish
bake at 350 for 1 hour stirring occasionaly
