Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    About 1/2 C. dry lentils
    About 1 C frozen peas
    1/2 C frozen corn
    1 small onion chopped
    vegetable bullion (I used Better than Bullion Paste)
    Season to taste (I used garlic onion seasoning, fresh ground pepper, dash of salt)

Tips

I left a bit of mine unblended because I like some chunks :)


Directions

Cook lentils
leaving water, add peas, corn, onion
Add seasonings
Simmer until soft
Puree in blender in small batches

Serving Size: Makes Two Big servings, or 3-4 small servings
